The Copthorne Players were back at the Village Hall for their yearly panto romp with a brand new script. Sleeping Beauty is written and directed by Megan Birch, featuring choreography from Bethany Landskroner of Terra Nova Performing Arts Company.
Sleeping Beauty is a classic tale of magic, love, and family, but that didn’t stop us putting in spooky ghosties, sarcastic fairies, and a pantomime dame belting out a very glitzy Abba number! Stuffed to the brim with gags, songs and a truly terrible number of chocolate-based puns, the show was fantastic fun for cast, crew and audience alike.
