We’re looking to get new members to join our Murder Mystery cast, and we’d love to meet some new people! If you fancy it, come along for a low-pressure open evening at Copthorne Village Hall. You can meet some of the current cast, have a read of the scripts (although we might remove the reveal scene at the end for now!) and join us for a friendly workshop-style event. The event is open to current and prospective members of the Copthorne Players aged 18 and up.
Interested? Here’s what you need to know:
- The Murder Mystery Open Evening will take place at Copthorne Village Hall on Wednesday 6th April, 8pm-10pm.
- There’s no need to prepare any audition pieces – we’ll bring along copies of scripts and have a very relaxed read-through with those who are up for it.
- Participants will need to be over 18, because we can’t guarantee the availability of a separate children’s dressing room when we take our Murder Mysteries on tour.
- Anyone who wants to become a Copthorne Players member after attending the event will need to pay the membership fee of £30 for the year.
