I hope you and your families are keeping safe and well. I’m writing to you today to invite you to our Annual General Meeting at Copthorne Village Hall on 30th June 2021 at 20:00. This will be our chance to get together to review what has been an interesting year to say the least and look to the future including what shows we want to put on e.g. plays, musicals, pantos etc. It’s also the first time in the best part of a year we can catch up directly with you in person – our members.

For your safety, COVID-19 measures are in place at Copthorne Village Hall. Social distancing measues apply whilst inside the building, masks will need to be worn when entering the moving around the hall and a one-way entry/exit system will be in place too. Tables and chairs will be cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival and furniture will be laid out as such that social distancing can be maintained where possible.
